Terms of Sale

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our terms of sale. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
If customers are unsatisfied they can request to have their item exchanged for store credit for within 10 days of receiving their order. I
Items sent back without prior contact, confirmation or outside of the 10 day period may not be honoured.

To be accepted for store credit, items must be returned in original packaging and new condition.

​Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges for store credit.

Payment Terms

The payment methods we accept are Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and AMEX.
Any refunds —in the case of faulty or damaged products— must be processed on the same card used for the original purchase.

We do not take responsibility for any damages or missing parcels caused by Australia Post or couriers.
