SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE EXPRESS POST Australia Wide via Australia Post for all shoes!
​
We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 (excluding heavy furniture, artworks and rugs). For orders under $100 we charge $9.95 for standard shipping and $18.95 for express shipping.

We do not currently ship internationally.
​
All items are dispatched within 2-3days, however there might be slight delays during public holidays and sale periods.
All of our parcels are sent as 'signature upon delivery'. Please note in the order comments if you give 'authority to leave (ATL)' instead of 'signature on delivery' (Note: Chilli Coral does not take responsibility for ATL packages that are misplaced post delivery.)

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
​
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
​
Deliveries within Australia are made by Australia Post using registered mail. We apologise for any AusPost delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

We offer in store pick up and in store exchanges for all purchases made online.
​
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone, at which time you will have the option of choosing a different item or receiving a refund.

Please note that delivery times will vary depending on your location:
Australia (metro area) takes 2-5 business days.
Australia (rural areas) takes 4-7 business days.

RETURN POLICY
As a small business we are unable to offer returns for change of mind. However if customers are unsatisfied they can email us at customerservice@chillicoral.com.au within 10 days of receiving an order to request a store credit exchange.
​
Any items sent back to us without prior contact and confirmation may not be honoured.
​
All postage costs associated with sending items back for store credit are the responsibility of customers. Alternatively, customers are welcome to drop off their items in store.
​
​We urge customers to be assured and careful when placing an order. Incorrect delivery information may lead to delays or lost and returned parcels, so please double check that any address details are correct and clear.
​
If an item is faulty or damaged please immediately contact us via email at customerservice@chillicoral.com.au, and we will arrange to either repair or exchange your product.
​
Please note that we source our products from a variety of suppliers, meaning responses will vary depending on warranties and what each designer or manufacturer is able to provide.

Supplying images of the faulty product is greatly appreciated as it helps us determine the issue!
